Traditional Ceramics
My traditional ceramics work uses slab building, handbuilding, and slipcasting techniques. I prefer simple forms so that the surface design can be the focus.

Sgraffito & Carvings
My favorite technique is sgraffito, where I carve designs into the clay surface to reveal the clay body beneath. My carvings are often very deep and tactile, adding a sculptural element to functional pieces.
Vinyl Resist
I designed and cut vinyl stencils and used them to resist glazes and underglazes, revealing the clay body beneath.
Miscellaneous Pieces
A mish-mosh of functional and decorative pieces, including glaze tests and playful forms.
